If you need to reschedule or cancel, let me know at least 24 hours prior to session. A refund, minus a $10 processing fee, will be made to you. If you don't contact me to reschedule/ cancel at least 24 hrs in advance, no refund or credit will be offered. Same-day sessions or session made for a time within 24 hrs of scheduling, cannot be rescheduled. I devote my life to being there for you at the appointed time, and sometimes put in hours of preparation for the session, sometimes beginning several days in advance. I have to hire babysitters, and will not get my money back if I cancel the day of the arrangement. So as a result, you can't either. If you don't call and don't show up, it's inconsiderate of my time and efforts, and you deserve to be charged. |
