If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact me as soon as possible, at least 24 hours prior to session; keep in mind, these are business days. (ie. If your session is on Monday, let me know at least on Friday the week before.) If you don't contact me to reschedule/cancel at least 24 hrs in advance, and don't do the session, the no-show fee is 75% of the session fee. Same day sessions are 'set in stone'. Once you schedule, you cannot reschedule or cancel, unless you pay the no-show fee. So, set your appointments carefully. * A session made for a time within 24 hrs of when you set it, is also a same-day session. I devote my life to being there for you at the appointed time, and sometimes put in hours of preparation for the session, at times beginning several days in advance. If you don't call and/or don't show up, it's inconsiderate, it wastes valuable time and energy and you deserve to be charged. This policy is set to protect the integrity of my work, so people don't schedule appointments frivolously, that they don't intend to keep. (There is a small percentage of people who may make several appointments in a row, don't call and don't show! They then say they had an emergency... every time. They ruin it for the rest of us.) Bottom line: Schedule a session only if you are 100% certain you will make it. |
