I'm Anastasia and I'm a Spiritual Counselor and Energy Healer. In the upper box to the left, titled Therapeutic Services, you will see the different facets of what I offer broken down into sections. My work is rooted in Shamanic Healing and Spiritual Psychology, and it always comes from the heart.
Sessions with me will help you to relieve anxiety and stress, to get clarity from confusion and chaos, to overcome fatigue and depression, to clear your chakras and your energy field. I address the real causes of emotional problems, like, fear, grief, self hatred, rage, addiction, and help you to eliminate the trapped negative energies and belief patterns at the root of the problems. In the section Are These Your Symptoms? you will see a list of symptoms to look for in your life and their underlying causes, which I help you to heal.
Traumas from childhood or past lives, which are psychic and energetic wounds, and low self esteem block us from achieving our greatest dreams, by severing our connection with the Creator. I will help you to connect with your Higher Power, which is the source of all healing and creative energies. When the blocks are cleared, repressed inner powers are released, infinite creative potential comes into form through your creative life. Human beings generally use only a tiny fraction of their inborn abilities. The rest lay dormant / are repressed until you awaken them.
I use indigenous healing methods, with history of use in the East and the West, to help you to release these blocked energies and to teach you to hold your own power, once it is activated. When infinite energy is released into the neural circuitry of your mind and body, belief patterns are transformed on a cellular level. You will be able to live from your center, strengthen faith and love, change your lifestyle to have a healthier diet, have more meaningful relationships, increase your productivity. You will be able to recover from illness or dis-ease, often without invasive surgery or use of prescription drugs. It will also help you to improve your communication with your Spirit Guides, Guardian Angels, and God, which leads to improved relationships with everyone in your life.
In my work, I am assisted by the whole Angelic realm, particularly Archangel Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, and Raphael.
