A little information about Mrs. Burnham: 

 I am originally from Madison, WI.  I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Spanish and a strong focus on Chicano studies and Family Social Sciences.  I received my teaching credential in Oakland, CA and have been teaching for almost 5 years.  

I am also a certified yoga teacher, a certification I received in Costa Rica while practicing my Spanish. As a self proclaimed yogini, I enjoy doing yoga whenever I can, especially after a long run.  Above all, I am passionate about speaking Spanish and will always be a student of the language.   I am proud to be a forth year  teacher at AEACMS and think our students are the best!
