Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Both my nephews love this cookie and always ask for it. I took a simple peanut butter oatmeal recipe and added a variety of chip combinations or no chips at all. Sometimes I mix the chips into the batter; other times, I spiked them in right before putting them into the oven. (There's white chocolate, milk chocolate, and peanut butter chips.) Remember to spike down with the chips. My friend left the point up and all of her white chocolate chips turned brown.
No-Bake Chocolate, Peanut Butter, & Oatmeal Cookies
I know plenty of people who make these, but they never taste as good as mine even when the same recipe is used. I can remember when I was in my early 20's, I would make a double batch of these, and eat all of them in 2 days.
