Emilia Rzeszotarska  has been studying and practicing yoga and Buddhist meditation for 34 years.
 
She has been teaching Yoga in Oxford for the past 6 years . Ananda Yoga classes are based on humanistic spirituality principle aiming to work with  the  classic yoga postures to mprove the quality of one's mind as well as opening the pathways to self realisation.
 
 
Classes start 11 January 2012
 
 
 
 
Wednesdays 7pm-8.15pm
 
 
Ananda Yoga is for everybody.
 
Beginners & Intermediate level  students will find something useful in each session.
 
This is a non-competative class it is more about feeling good rather than
 
 improving appearance and becoming attached to ones body.
