About Me:
After graduating from PSU in 2001, I gained 6 years of experience with magazine layout and ad design as Art Director of SARASOTA Magazine and the Sarasota/Manatee BUSINESS Magazine in Sarasota, FL. There, I was responsible for commissioning art work, laying out/designing features and department pages, and designing and placing ads. In March, 2007, I quit that job to freelance and stay at home with my two young children. While at home, I also started up my own local parenting magazine, BeachBaby Magazine. I received over 75 subscribers and printed 3 issues, but was forced to stop printing when I couldn’t secure an ad salesperson. My family and I moved to Marietta, PA, from Parrish, FL, in October 2007, to be closer to family.

Currently, I am a freelancer for several companies in Florida and Pennsylvania. I have designed booklets, catalogs, posters, flyers, brochures, and logos. I can also touch up photos in Photoshop, as well
as redraw/trace logos in Illustrator.

I have a MAC at home with CS2 installed (Photoshop, Illustrator (CS3), InDesign). I am very honest with my hours and keep track of everything I do. I'm organized and efficient, and very capable of receiving jobs through email, completing them for deadlines and emailing back high resolution projects or uploading them to printers' websites for print.
