Welcome to a sample of the requirements for the University of Georgia's Add-on Educational Leadership Certification Program! Within this site you will be able to explore six Case Studies designed to further critical reflection on the ELCC Standards and differing leadership styles and ability levels. The remainder of the site serves as documentation of my professional journey through leadership development activities. As you can see by the number of hours recorded on my activity log, this practicum allowed me to take an in-depth look at the scope of a school leader's duties and responsibilities. Please take a moment to review the additional supporting attachments and links provided, as they will serve as windows into many of the current educational issues. All documents included in this site were authentically created and used within school systems in Southeast Georgia.
