While acting in 1947 earth probably some one learnt how to make controversial movies and they have made the movie here...

To show how bond rises from being a police officer to a secret agent is what this movie is all about. some people without understanding the plot and seeing that this doesn’t have the panache as other
bond movies have rated this low, I feel sorry for their lack of understanding on the plot. The initial scene in which Daniel craig struggles to chase the bomber is awesome as it shows how he is not upto the mark yet and still hasnt the level of the best agent in BSS (british secret service).

The way he learns to control his emotions as a secret service agent and plays around with gals as if they were just some play things and toys and flirts with them easily without being emotionally attached to them is actually defined in this movie. People who watch this movie should understand this is not a sequel of bond movies it is "prequel".............. same as batman begins is a prequel to all the batman movies made till date... as "batman begins" shows how bruce wayne turns into batman, same way here they show how inspector james bond becomes 007 james bond.

The action is thrilling and the way they set up the plot for the next movie is awesome. The villain being just a part of a bigger group is defined in here. Quantum solace would be a great addendum to the plot of casino royale.

Please people dont expect panache in this movie but expect a great plot and a wonderful acting according to the plot. These movies are not made by dumb people with lot of money but with smart people with lot of money..... so please understand why the plot is this way before jumping into conclusions. As matrix was quite a mis understood movie in india same way this may have also turned up. But believe me either read the book or be patient for the next movies to understand the full intent of the plot.....

What makes a great action movie? the plot? the good guy kicks a** of the bad guys... end of story thats enough for a plot for any action movie and exactly thats what this movie is about. A hardcore action movie with lots of shooting and lots of death. the main female lead is a prostitute and the hero is a war veteran and the character in distress is a new born kid whose umbelical cord is cut by a bullet and the kid loves rock music... so the movie is filled with classic rock (Hail the director!!!). The rock plays, bullets keep shooting, heaps of bad guys are dead and the hero is not without a panache.

This is not a date movie, donot go with your girl friend and come out in distaste.... these are the only conditions for you to love this movie else wise it is a man’s movie not some chick flick to have some fantasy land plot in which a charming prince a complicated witch and a lady in distress is there which you can hold arms with your girl friend while watching during the climax of happily ever after...

There is a panache in this badly dressed hero of the movie... it is like the classic popeye who advertises spinach, instead here our hero does the same for carrots... no fingers to shoot the gun use the carrot, no gun at all use the carrot to pierce it through the mans throat... the hero is shown eating only carrots through out the movie... and any non carrot eating person is the weakling.

As we came out and told our friends "Go get some man hood watch shoot em up!!!!"

"Are you going to minneapolis?", asked my colleague and i said "Yes" and he presented me a showel as a parting gift, well i dint realize it when i landed here on december 3rd of 2007 and it snowed 2 feet, and then started the longest winter i had ever seen in my life... it snowed till even April, but thanks to the sky ways i survived and am still alive...


I took an exquisite apartment overlooking Lake Calhoun.... and was eagerly waiting for winter to be over and once it was over I was mugged by armed mosquitoes, during my first visit to the lake after it melted to water..... Yes mosquitoes!!! as some call it the state bird of Minnesota.... with great lakes comes greater mosquitoes :-)

The citizens of this city boast of this term as frequently as i breath, "Minneapolis Nice", When I rented my first apartment i did not last the 6 month lease and left the apartment because of the noisy neighbours and believe me it was one of the paush places u can rent an apartment in, right above the lake calhoun... Drunk spoiled kid of some rich guy spoiled my 6 months in this city... He never answered the door probably because the music was so loud he woudlnt have heard it... ranting to the apartment management did not help either because that kid was some senators cousin or something... so i come to this new apartment covered by creepers (ivy) and thought it is peaceful just next to the minneapolis institute of arts and i find this renter who has rented a neighboring apartment for 20 years... and should i be surprised when i heard him annoying me through out my conference calls with noise from his apartment, ranting to this management did not help either. Preference given to the 20 year old renter than me. I just bought a white noise conditioner atleast i sleep peacefully now. My car has been broken into twice in downtown inside a parking lot, Just because my car has a GPS... So this is the city of minneapolis....

There are some basic rule when you build a website, the time taken for response, features such as back button and stuff enabled, easy navigation etc.... in the name of security the website is so crappy
that it is so hard t use and i have almost stopped using it. Such a huge named bank is not even good enough to build a decent website. It disables back button because it cannot get a bunch of programmers to code for it. why do we still flock to such idiotic banks. I just moved around 10 lakhs of my funds from icici bank to yes bank... just because the website is much more easier to use and faster. I cannot manage my money through this website.

The way to find things and navigate in the website sucks big time too... if you want to do a FD what do you do? it uses 7 buttons before I come to the actual FD screen after logging in. wow what a user friendly logic!!! I could build a whole website by the time i finish a transaction.... I just wish good luck to those people who are still stuck with ICICI and do remember that "I said so" when suddenly your available money in hand reduces to 50% of the actual in the website... it happened to me...

ICICI is just another proof that we indians including me are generally dumb, I really don’t understand what is so good about ICICI that it remains crowded. The interest rates for its FDs are not the highest, the investment banking just recently had a big hickup and had earlier also and returns are not the greatest, infrastructure, such as websites sucks.....

The customer support doesnt even know the banks policies, and when queried they give a blank answer saying this is how the policy is end of story. Wow what a great response I get after waiting 23 minutes hearing that crappy music of ICICI.

There is a logic called managing the load, even a thela wala does it. If you have lot of customers then u get an assistant, well this bank wants to manage the growth in customers with the existing staff... and what ever little new recruitment it doesnt i am sure is badly trained.... with atleast 10 conversations that i have noticed with the bank customer care and branch managers I could give you a gurantee that if you put money in this bank I am not sure what you will get but it surely will get you a headache

The notification policy in this bank is great too even if u update ur home address and email id, It even changes the status of your bank account without notification. What do you expect from this bank? why are people still with this bank? May god bless all those soon to be migraine affected people. Unless we stop being so stupid we are going to be made bakras by such banks for ages to come

Why would Jet Li spoil his acting career with such moves in such movies? This series believe me has lost its charm, and it is dead now, and Mrs Connell should have been dead by now i suppose instead of being part of this movie there is no bonding or romance in the expressions as it is seen in earlier movies, but rather seems like some 5th grade play...

When will directors learn SEQUELS DON’T WORK, at least unplanned theme based sequels never do!!! Camera has not much to do when you are shooting a movie using computer graphics but still has proved spoil sport in this movie. Camera man has not caught the eye of the actors in the shots at all....

In a movie coming under the umbrella title of The Mummy the viewer expects canny duologue’s, some awesome graphics, and a fun filled dialogue with the mummy (some new duologue’s) Dialogue like "I hate mummies" if you keep hearing it for 4 movies obviously the viewer gets fed up.

This movie became more like a dubbed martial art movie than a well directed sequel of the mummy series...Please for Gods sake don’t go to the theaters to watch this movie... instead watch it on a DVD when you have nothing to do on some weekday evening.... You at least wont feel valuable time being lost watching it

A great movie with a great performance by the cast. This movie just started the rock phenomena all over again in the Indian music industry. There wouldn’t be many people who haven’t heard the songs of this movie yet and these songs are the kind which young generation would listen to and the old will crib about.. Welcome back to the same phenomena of glass breaking music... After hearing this music it just feels as if we are going back to the 1980’s of America where rock music went above the roof and there was a clear demarcation of the country music and rock music.

The cast was awesome, they acted their way out and i felt i was watching a rock show all through the movie with goose bumps crawling in my skin... Simple WOW!!!

The plot was nothing special, same old initial failure to regain pride story... but it is different as the way the movie goes forward is great... the cast, the music... all make a difference here...

If you haven’t watched this movie yet then you are missing something... And for those who have a problem with Rock there are a couple of silent numbers too which are awesomely melodious... ROCK ON!!!!

BJP created this india shines drama a few years back, as we know india shines is a farce as it is not india that is shining but just the richer became richer and poor became dead of hunger... middle class gap grew like hell in past 10 years..... there are 0.5 million people in IT sector which is 0.5 % of people in india (including administrative class and maintenance people i.e. even the janitor in the corporates) and almost 1.5% of our working class... do you think 1.5% people growing could have increased the indias economy as a whole? indirect growth is just for another 2% people...the GDP grew but because the people who were already above poverty line grew more but the people below i.e. 35% are still below... in india... that was IT and including fuel companies growth like reliance and the automobile industry growth we are not even close to 10% of people growing in india.... This was a farce and we believed it for some time and millions still believe

Congress had created the unity in diversity drama a few decades ago... which well for the people who had less means of communication, less TV reporters, channels, internet had been believed across the country and the truth that indians can never live in harmony was shadowed..... people are waiting to see some riot some place or other... if there is no riot for our public it is as uncomfortable like sasu bahu soaps not running for a house wife...... and when it happens people die and they get some topic to discuss and to print on the newspapers... if it is not hindu muslim riot then it is the bihari marathi riot... riot are every day part of our lives now...
