I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My research interests are in healthcare operations management and design and control of service systems. I began my graduate studies at UNC-CH in August 2007 and passed the Comprehensive Written Exams in Operations Reseach in August 2008. I am currently working on my dissertation research; I will defend in August 2012. In July 2012 I will join the faculty of the Department of Operations and Decision Technologies at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Previously, I was a student at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg VA, where I graduated Bachelor of Science magna cum laude in May 2007, with a concentration in Mathematics.
