 AMIGO AMBLERS VOLKSSPORT CLUBEL PASO, TEXAS AVA-769  GROUP WALK SCHEDULE April 2009 - In spite of national media coverage, walking in the El Paso area has not been affected by the violence in nearby Juarez, Mexico. No walks go into Mexico - but you can see it from most of the current walk routes. All walks are limited to daylight hours. We, as local walkers, continue to enjoy the walks and hope you will choose to join us.The club sponsors monthly group walks, usually on a Saturday of the month from September through May, rotating the location of the walk among the four YRE sites. We walk as a group over the selected route. After the walk there is usually a no-host refreshment/luncheon gathering at a convenient restaurant.
Participation in any of the group walks or Year-Round events does not require club membership.
