As a chapter of the the American Wine Society, the Perkiomen Valley Chapter promotes wine appreciation through education. We strive to take the mystery out of drinking wine by presenting tastings in a welcoming, social atmosphere.
A group of forward-thinking wine drinkers and home wine makers founded our chapter in the 1970s. Many of our original members remain active in our wine group.
Today we have more than 50 members from across Montgomery County and southeastern Pennsylvania.
We hold monthly chapter tastings, usually at our members' homes. Tastings generally cost $15 per person and include four wines and hors d'oeuvres. Please see our wine tasting schedule for a list of upcoming events. You also can view our chapter newsletter. We love meeting new friends in wine and welcome you to attend one of our tastings.
