Jan. 27, 2010 - "Flashback" Needed a bit of "creative release" today. Decided to have a bit of fun with an otherwise crappy image. Took a quick snap of a bottle of Pepsi "Throwback" in my fridge. Nothing exciting. Boosted saturation... contrast... highlights... and exposure. Cropped down to only a sliver. Tilted image, slightly. Voila! There it is! I remember countless Sundays spent at my grandparent's house... family dinners together with big glass 1.5 liter bottles of Pepsi on the table. I remember the heavy-ness of them to a little kid trying to poor them without spilling a drop on the tablecloth. I remember the fizz... and the bubbles jumping. I remember the bright red, white and blue painted logo. I remember how good Pepsi tasted when they still used real sugar, instead of corn syrup. So, for me, this new Pepsi "Throwback" with real sugar becomes a Pepsi "Flashback". I sip... think back... and smile. * * *

THIS EVENT WE USED ALL PRODUCTS FROM LINEN TABLECLOTH THE TABLES ARE SET WITH 108" ROUND TABLECLOTHS IN BLACK AND 90X 156 BLACK TABLE CLOTHS. THE GOLD ACCENT IS DONE USING 85 X 85 SATIN OVERLAYS. THE BAKCDROP IS DONE USING 60 X 102 TABLECLOTHS HEMMING AND SHEERING IT ON OUR PIPE AND DRAPE POLES . WE THEN USED GOLD 60 X 102 TABLECLOTHS AND MADE A BACKDROP HEADER AND SIDE PANELS MAKING A PICTURE FRAME AROUND THE BACKDROP. WE USED TWO GOLD RUNNERS AND SEWING THEM TO MAKE POLE COVERS FOR THE POLES TO COVER THE SILVER POLES ON THE BACKDROP. WE USED 85X 85 SATIN OVERLAYS IN GOLD SATIN FOR THE TABLES. THE BANNER WAS PRODUCED BY USING BLACK 60 X 102 TABLECLOTHS CUT TO SIZE AND MONOGRAMMED WITH THE COMPANY'S LOGO FOR THEM TO KEEP. ON THE BAR TABLES WE USED 108" ROUND TABLECLOTH AND CUT EXTRA 85 X 85 GOLD OVERLAYS TO MAKE A SMALL TOPPER TO COORDINATE THE COLORS ALL DESIGN AND SET UP DONE BY DADDYS3GIRLS EVENT COORDINATORS
