Moist Chocolate Oil Cake Recipe

Yummy Moist Chocolate Cake Serves 6-8, Needs 2x8”cake tins Cooking time 25-35mins Oven Temp 175 degrees C (165 degrees C fan assist) Ingredients: 1 ? cups plain flour (200g) 1 ? cups sugar (300g) 1 ? teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 teaspoon salt ? cup drinking chocolate (50g) ? cup vegetable oil (150ml) 1 cup semi-skimmed milk (200ml) 2 medium eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Method Mix together dry ingredients, Add oil & 2/3 milk MIX Add rest of milk, eggs & vanilla extract, MIX again Pour mix into pre-greased cake tins Cook until springy to the touch (the edges normally move away from the side slightly) Cool for 10 mins, turn out, wait until fully cool then add frosting (if you like) Nic xx

I knew before hand that I was going to put moist right in the middle. I saw this tutorial online at the beginning of the week and I picked it because I liked the way that the letters stood out and also looked transparent. It almost created a glassy look to the letters. When editing the background image, all I did was change the levels to and make a light and dark sides to the image, which I also looked cool.
