Babbar & Babbar Architects was founded on the conviction that problems of innovative architectural design and urban planning demand a multidisciplinary approach to their solution. Design is also viewed as an action-oriented problem solving process that demands the study of alternative approach of action, related to the costs and benefits of such action, and to the ultimate goals of the client.

The firm also believes that for urban development to be compatible with man’s need and preserve our resources, ecological guidelines must be followed. These may be in the form of conservation of energy, manpower, or indeed of our heritage. Alternatives at every level, arrived at after constant and deliberate thought would be the ideology.
