Fully Functional. Day Eightyfive of 365
Yesterday I've watched quite a few Ted Talks which I all highly recommend (search for photography on ted.com). It made me think about what matters in photograhpy. I found myself striving for new equipment quite often lately, forgeting about the story behind my pictures. Undoubtedly it's always nice to take tack-sharp photos or photos with a nice bokeh but striving after these values makes the photos dull and boring. So yesterday I went out looking for something that matters to me and walking through the streets close to where I live I found these two refrigerators on the sidewalk. It says "Fully Functional! Refrigerator To Go!" on the top of the refrigerator. I've not seen any refrigerators or any other furniture for that matter on the sidewalk in other cities than Stuttgart. Does it happen in your city?

In fact, Something like this would be quite useful - no need to open the fridge every time we needed to do the shopping list... or when we insist in looking for that chocolate cake we run out of a long time ago :-)
