It’s essentially about everyone involved learning what’s being done well through a process of reviewing and doing it better, seeking to achieve consistent delivery, continuous improvement and ultimately satisfying customers, stakeholders and all other interested parties. Everyone within each business is responsible for their own contribution in achieving this. Providing products and services
which meet customer needs and expectations builds trust, confidence and
satisfied customers. Anticipating future needs and expectations retains the

I am also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Chartered Quality Professional (MCQI CQP) and in addition I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. |
