I firmly believe that quality management and the management of other subject matters such as health & safety and the environment is just good business management practice: having control through a chain of agreed, documented processes. It’s essentially about everyone involved learning what’s being done well through a process of reviewing and doing it better, seeking to achieve consistent delivery, continuous improvement and ultimately satisfying customers, stakeholders and all other interested parties. Everyone within each business is responsible for their own contribution in achieving this.

I am also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Chartered Quality Professional (MCQI CQP) and in addition I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
