The slide shows on this site are set to change every 3 seconds but you can override this so 
that you can view them at your own speed. The control buttons become visible when your cursor is
moved over the images. Captions can be made visible, or hidden, simply by clicking 
on the small 'speech' box to the left of the control panel.

Google's 'Picasa Web Albums' site. See our web page 'Read this first' for more information on the
improved viewing available on their site.

Subsequent slide shows include a selection of photographs from later productions 
put on by The Althorne Players plus the show programmes. We hope you enjoy looking through
them and perhaps come across someone from your family background who took part.

The captions throughout all slide shows give the names of village people as they
were then, not the characters they played.
