(Active Short Sale Contingent). ASC > Negotiator assigned. NA# > Trustee Sale Postponed TSP
> Counter offers from lien holder(s). COL > Offer submitted for final approval by negotiator. SFA# > Written short sale lien holder approval. LHA# > Pending Sale, occurs only after written lien holder(s) approval. Pending
