BENSON NC We will be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs at the meeting. We will eat @1:30. Our next meeting will be November 22, 2009 @ 2PM. We will be collecting canned food for Falcon Children's Home. If you have any you would like to donate, please bring them to the meeting. This will be an important meeting as we have ALOT of things to go over. Please attend if at all possible. We need everyone participating now more than ever. I hope you have tried the new calendar on this page. I am updating our activities there now and it seems to be working better. If you click on the day, it will open the information box with details. I would like to welcome all of our new members! We are so glad you have joined us. If we can help you with anything, just let us know! If we don't know the answer, we will find someone who does! The Riders will meet the 2nd Sunday of every month at the Benson Post at 2PM.
The American Legion Riders
The American Legion Riders are members of the American Legion who are also motorcycle enthusiasts. They can be found participating in parades, partaking in motorcycling events, and supporting the communities in which they live, work, and play. Members of the ALR come from the Legion, the Legion Auxilliary, and the Sons of the American Legion. The American Legion Riders were formed... ...to participate in parades and other ceremonies that are in keeping with the Aims and Purposes of the American Legion....to promote motorcycle safety programs and to provide a social atmosphere for American Legion members who share the same interest. ...to use our Association to promote and support programs of the American Legion. The American Legion Riders is not a M/C, and does not practice M/C rules or regulations.
