Alpha Phi Omega is a co-ed national service fraternity.

APO was founded at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1925. There are chapters of APO on over 366 college campuses nationwide. Over 350,000 members have joined Alpha Phi Omega since its founding. The Alpha Zeta Mu chapter on the campus of Shepherd University was chartered on December 10, 2006.
