Funding Requests

Alpha Kappa Delta has a number of programs designed to support the activities of its members and individual chapters.  All funding applications must come from chapter representatives.
As a Chapter Representative, you must be an active member to apply for funding requests.  An AKD Active Membership Renewal Form is attached below for your convenience.

  Please note that all applications should now be submitted via email to
AKD@lemoyne.edu.

Please note:
All applications must include the attached W-9 form. The W-9 form may be submitted via email as a pdf file.

NEW PROCEDURES
There are two new procedures to Funding forms in order to serve everyone more efficiently.

1) There are new deadlines for the funding applications. In order to provide the quickest turnaround, we will review applications once during the Spring semester.
2) All applications must be submitted electronically.

DEADLINES
The application deadline for the Spring semester is:
  *March 1, 2010

NOTE
There will be no money available for those who apply for funding after March 1, 2010.
