I baked these this morning for Amy's, Ann's and Gail's presents. They're the easiest cookie I've ever made and I just can't stop making them. 1 cup soft butter 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup confectioners sugar (icing sugar) 1 1/2 cups mixed green & red sprinkles 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Blend together the butter, flour and sugar with a mixer until smooth. 3. Add sprinkles and mix in. 4. Drop the batter by the tablespoonful on a cookie sheet spaced 2" apart. 5. Bake for 10 minutes (once you see it starting to brown on the bottom it's done). 6. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transfering to a cookie rack.
