Oatmeal cookies Oatmeal cookies with hazelnuts and raisins ~° RECIPE °~ • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened • 3/4 cup brown sugar (100 gr) • 2/3 cup white sugar (50 gr) • 1 large egg • 2 tablespoons maple syrup • 2 cups oats - uncooked (170 grs) • 1 1/4 cup plain flour (T 110) • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda (bicarbonate de soude) • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder (levure chimique) • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 cup raisins • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, beat until well combined. In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix into butter mixture until just combined. Stir in raisins and hazelnuts. Drop the dough by heaped tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving a 2" gap between each mound. These are no-bake cookies, sugar free and VERY good. No Bake Sugar Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies 1 cup Splenda 1/4 cup margarine, (smart balance) 2 tbs. dutch process cocoa 1/4 cup skim milk Stir constantly!! Bring to a boil; remove from heat and add: 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup natural peanut butter 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats Stir well and place by spoonfuls on wax paper. Let cool, then eat! Yes it looks nasty, but it tastes great :) Notes: Splenda is sugar substitute, big yellow bag by the regular sugar.
