day three-hundred-and-twenty-five. today i've noticed how much i examine. my eyes are bloated with existence. it's constant examining. but in depth examining. all the time. even examining my own examinations. and i can't stop. it is hard for me to fathom the fact that most people do not do the same. or at least the one's i've come into contact with. i think i have an addiction to mystery. and tonight in the plane, i grabbed a seat right next to that deep yellow moon. moonlight fireworks gently glistening and gliding ever so gracefully over the bleak placid waters of the dark night. the dark night filled with an orange hazed bokeh of city light crop-circles implanted into the earth meagerly attempting to mimic the constellations. i really do not like when i accidentally click my mouse when i'm almost done writing and the words i have just written vanish instantly. especially when it's 12:30 a.m. and i have to get up early and go to work. today i flew to east-texas for the annual new years day family gathering on my fathers side. it was nice to see everyone. i hadn't seen any of them for what seemed like ages. and my lovely grandma graciously gave me all of my grandpa's old cameras/lenses. an attempt to put words to the meaning of that would undoubtedly fail me. i'm flabbergasted. completely. and the fact that my grandpa has held them makes it that much more intensified. i'm in awe. i cannot wait to capture instances. and a few of them are pentax's <3 i've been longing for one ever since i can remember. but right now i'm inexplicably exhausted. long day. two flights. car drives. and i have to get up early in the morning and go to work. i wish i could go to bed already. desperately.

Animals use scent to leave messages for each other, dogs mark their territories and we too leave notes on every corner for friends—“if you happen to come by, come on over for a coffee.” Or we send them far away—I create a rain of tulips for my lover in his favorite restaurant in Istanbul; a rain of carnations in his favorite cafe in Lisbon.I don’t and won’t want eye implants or contact lenses or glasses that show me the augmented world, but every necklace or brooch or earrings also has transponders and I wear them constantly. I’m not like those people who always want to be “on,” but if I want to quickly find out what is going on I just play with my right earring and listen briefly to the background whispers, I don’t have to pull out my mobile like my grandmother said they always did in her day, even while sitting in cafes chatting with other people!
