Amateur writing is a passion of mine. Although I would love to one day see my name on a book cover, it is not the reason I write. Creative writing is more than a class paper. Its a way of thinking. Its walking down the street, seeing any number of items or events and thinking it would make a great aspect to a current or future story. Its having story ideas running amok behind one's eyes. Writing requires passion, determination and endurance. That combination often defines the writer. Creativity is not a disadvantage. It is a wondrous gift to cherish. A passion to share.
