FAQ

Q. How safe are my goods?

A.  There are full size security gates and security fences; security patrols; 24hr cameras at Warwick; part time caretakers; quality locks are supplied and there are extra slots to fit an additional lock; corridors are double locked. We have not had a break-in any any facility in 21 years of operation. Check with with your contents insurer as most cover goods stored with a Self Storage Association Member (which we are) at no extra cost. If you do not have insurance, we can offer Midlands Insurance, who are well reputed and have quite reasonable rates.

Q. What size unit do I need?

A. The unit size depends on the amount of goods, and how high you can stack boxes and whether you need a space in the middle to access your goods. Call our staff for sound advice, or refer to our storage sizing guide . It is worth the trouble to get a close estimate and then pack and stack...as there is no point paying for storage space you don't need.

Q. Do I need Insurance?

A. Insurance is highly recommended, as just as your home is susceptible to fire, roof leaks, burglary and vandalism, so too is your storage unit. Most Contents Policies ALREADY cover goods stored in an approved Self Storage Association facility, WHICH WE ARE; so there is no point paying twice, but do check. If not, our staff can offer short-term Midlands Storage Insurance, which is quite reasonably priced.
