Important Conditions of Entry There will be no late entries or entries accepted on the day for judged vehicles. Fitness to enter shall be at the promoters absolute discretion. The promoters reserve the right to reject any entrant acting in an offensive or objectionable manner. The entrant hereby releases and discharges absolutely the event promoters, event officials, the ground management, event sponsors, and any of their employees, contractors representatives and agents from any liability arising from any circumstances what so ever. As a condition of entry each entrant grants the event promoter the exclusive right to photograph, film or portray the entrant’s vehicle and the event in whatever way the promoters thinks fit. Gates for vehicles open at 7:00am All vehicles must be on site before 9:30am All vehicles will be expected to remain until 4:00pm All entrants receive a commorative mug. Entries after last mail Monday 27th Feb 2012 cannot be accepted. Vehicle entry fee $40 Judged, $20 Not Judged. Both judged and not judged include entry of two occupants per vehicle. |
