After 1700 miles the rear tire was worn out and needed to be replaced.  That was easy.  While changing to a larger tire (3.0x16) I realized that the frame is bent.  The issues that led to this have been addressed in the newer BugE frames but this is part of the price to pay for having frame #3.

Back on road after a month of down time for controller replacement on Sept 22.  Now using a 400 Amp Alltrax controller.
