Boiling ketupat over charcoal fire on the Eid night. Each pot can accomodate 100-150 ketupats depending on the pot and ketupat size. The ketupat is determined by the coconut leave being used. To get a uniform ketupat size, the leaves must be trimmed to equal width that require more effort with the knife and which most of us usually just don't bother to do it anyway. The process of making the ketupat from coconut leaves requires another photo shoot or probably on another Eid or hariraya night next year.

Taking a peep into the boling pot to check the rice tenderness and water level. It took 2-4 hours to cook and the water need to be replenished to simmer and boiled.
