As Jill prepares for her long anticipated wedding day, disaster strikes when a mysterious time bender crashes to the ground and shatters into pieces. As Jill's family and friends rush to pick up the scattered shards, they are suddenly sent hurtling through time! Now, to ensure her wedding goes off without a hitch, Jill herself must travel to remote periods in time and work her cake-making magic on a wide variety of locals in order to get herself and her guests back before the ceremony begins!

OMG disaster central with the middle teir. The white chocolate cake I made for the middle teir collaped under the weight of the fondant yesterday when I put it together. THe only thing I could put it down to was that the cake was too fresh. I have never had that happen before and I cook it all the time. .....any how a long story but after hours of work I could see my only option was to pull it all down and start again , after a cry let me tell you. I had no time to bake another cake and no time to throw this together this morning so I looked at another cake I had baked but it had turned out badly shaped. (I have had no luck with white choc cake this week and they are usually such a joy) I decided that my only saviour would be to trim and inch off it and just use it. I should have done maybe another layer of fondat but after the afternoons disaster was not game enough. I finally finished at one am. I have not slept as I thought it looked like the leaning tower of pisa so up I am this morning taking a pic to analyse it this way. I proped up the back of the cake a bit to see if that softened the lean. I am driving this to Nelsons Bay to day so I still have a long journey with it. Its for a work friend of my husbands. THankfully after the delivery I am off to the pub with a friend that lives up there and not comming home untill tomorrow. pic is a bit fuzzy bad light no tripod and i now hate flash photos.
