04/28 Ryan and Brian arrive Beijing, stay HAP Pottery
Shunyi for work.
05/04 Ryan and Brian visit HAP new location, then leave
for Fuping, start to work.
05/09 Dr. Hsu arrives Fuping.
05/13 Dr. Hsu, Ryan, and Brian arrive Yangshuo to view the
possibilities.
05/18 Dr. Hsu, Ryan and Brian return to Beijing and start
loading.
05/21 All other foreign artists arrive to Beijing (5).
05/22 Artists work in HAP Pottery.
05/23 Artists work in the morning and start loading at noon
and firing.
05/24 Continue firing.
05/25 Stop firing before 9 am. Leave the kiln unopen till
June 13th. All artists visit the Great Wall in the
morning, then visit downtown and have Beijing Duck
in the early afternoon, then visit new site of HAP
Pottery Studio before leaving for Fuping in the late
afternoon.
05/26–06/02 Make art work and drying them at Fuping; do
sightseeing on June 1st and 2nd.
06/03-06 Start firing at Fuping.
06/07 Start cooling at Fuping.
06/08 6 artists arrive to Guilin, stay at Dongling Hotel, a
place possible for Yangshuo HAP Studio.
06/09 Visit the second possible location to establish
Yangshuo HAP Pottery Studio in the morning, then
head for Xingping town for Li River Bamboo Drifting
(the best section of the Li River scenery). Lunch at
riverside and return to Yangshuo to visit the
woodfiring factory. Visit West Street in Yangshuo and
have fish dinner at Yangshuo.
06/10 Return to Xian in the afternoon.
06/11 Unloading at Fuping.
06/12 Installation at Greenland Art District.
06/13 All China Woodfiring Festival Show opens at Xian
Greenland Art District at 10 am. All artist load their
luggage and art work on the bus, then take the bus
to Xian. The bus leaves for Beijing in the afternoon.
06/14 Bus arrives to Beijing in the morning. Some artists
go to HAP Studio to unload and fix the work, and
take to the hotel in downtown.
06/15 Installation at XYZ Gallery.
06/16 All China Woodfiring Festival Show opens at XYZ Art
Gallery in Beijing 798 Art District.
06/17 All artists return to home.

2009《柴烧遍中国》行动日程
04/25 各地应准备好以下事项：
1．北京：准备陶艺家来乐陶苑创作。
04/28 雷恩及布莱恩到北京，在顺义乐陶苑创作。
05/04 雷恩及布莱恩到富平进行创作。
05/09 许以祺到富平。
05/13 许以祺、雷恩、布莱恩去阳朔考察。
05/18 许博士、雷恩及布莱恩返京并开始装窑。
05/21 国外陶艺家（5人）到北京。
05/22 陶艺家到顺义乐陶苑开始创作。
05/23 陶艺家在上午进行创作，中午开始装窑及烧窑。
05/24 继续烧窑。
05/25 早9点前停止烧窑（并封窑至6月13日）。随后，所有陶艺家游
览长城，中午过后到市内参观、吃北京烤鸭，下午在参观北京乐
陶苑新址后，飞赴西安富平。
05/26-06/02 所有陶艺家在富平进行创作并待作品干燥。6月1/2日进
行观光游览。
06/03–06/06 开始在富平烧窑。
06/07 开始在富平进行冷却。
06/08 6位陶艺家到桂林，宿东岭酒店。
06/09 上午参观阳朔乐陶苑的另一待选地点。然后去兴平体验竹筏漂
流。在江边午餐后，参观龙窑。最后游览西街，晚餐食鱼火锅。
06/10 下午返西安富平。
06/11 在富平开窑。
06/12 在绿地艺术园区布展。
06/13 上午10点在西安绿地艺术园区举行2009《柴烧遍中国》西安展
览开幕式。所有陶艺家将携带行李及作品乘大巴去西安，然后在
下午乘大巴回北京。
06/14 上午大巴抵京。部分陶艺家去乐陶苑开窑并清理作品，然后将作
品运至城里。
06/15 在北京XYZ画廊布展。
06/16 在北京XYZ画廊举行2009《柴烧遍中国》北京展览开幕式。
06/17 所有陶艺家返国。
