Ingredients:- 1 Cup Low-fat Yogurt.
- 1/2 Cup milk or water (in case the yogurt tastes a bit sour, use milk to dilute the yogurt; if fresh, dilute with water).
- 1/2 Cup peeled and finely chopped Cucumber.
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped tomatoes.
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger.
- 1/4 tsp finely chopped Serrano or Jalapeno pepper (optional).
- 1tsp grated carrot.
- 1/4 tsp finely chopped cilantro.
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder.
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Add water or milk to yogurt and beat it with a fork to get a smooth creamy texture.
- Mix all the vegetables in the yogurt.
- Add salt and cumin powder.
- Garnish with Cilantro.
- Serve cold.
