Welcome to our Alien Exchange project. Mrs. Arcand's third grade from Heights Elementary School in Sharon, Massachusetts and Mrs. Rossi's third grade class from Hopedale Memorial School in Hopedale, Massachusetts have collaborated on a project that incorporates Art, English Language Arts, and Technology. Based upon The Monster Exchange Project, students design an original picture of an alien and draw it on paper. The students then write a description of the alien. Each class must redraw the alien looking only at the descriptive writing piece. Students are grouped with a classmate(s) to draw the original alien, write the description, and then redraw the companion school's alien. Use the navigation menus on the left to read the descriptions of the aliens. A gallery of Aliens will be posted as soon as they are ready.
