We have a date for our 45th reunion.  It will be the weekend of October 5-7, 2012.  On Friday evening, the 5th, we will meet at the Council Bluffs Country Club.  We have reserved the Holiday Inn Heartland Ballroom for our buffet dinner on Saturday, the 6th.  We're exploring other activities for Saturday morning/afternoon:  golfing, shopping, going to the zoo, or touring CB.

Council Bluffs is located in southwest Iowa at the crossroads of Interstates 80 and 29.   Nestled between the Missouri River and the Loess Hills, it is just across the river from Omaha, Nebraska.

In 1967 Abraham Lincoln High School was one of two public high schools in the city.  Our class had almost 370 graduates and was the last class to graduate from the "old" A.L. located at the corner of 5th Avenue and Bluff Street.

On September 14 and 15, 2007, we celebrated our 40th reunion at Pizza King and Riverside Grille.  Approximately 80 of us gathered to share memories and catch up on current news.

If you are a classmate and would like a copy of the class roster (addresses, phone #s, emails), please email me at skdasmith@walnutel.net and I will send it to you.

I do have some reunion photos that I would be happy to email to you.
