Dear Cursillistas,

My name is Sue Ingerson.  For years, one of my closest friends was Mary "Molly" Minon, who was lost to cancer on February 13 this year.  Molly was a long time cursillo member and was my sponsor for Cursillo as well as many others.  If anyone ever fit our diocesan motto "Disciples Making Disciples" it was Molly Minon.  Molly was certainly the lifeblood of our "Little Church with a Big Heart", Trinity Whitehall; and she was the same lifeblood to our diocese.

Molly was very active in Cursillo.  She was a member of the Commission on Ministry and organizer of the Cursillo diocesan prayer chain and as a realtor, Molly located the property for the diocese,  which has become our Spiritual Life Center.  Molly was as faithful a Christian as I have ever known and a guide and model for my own personal life and faith.  Therefore, I was honored when the Albany Episcopal Cursillo Secretariat contacted me and asked me to assist them in planning a memorial bench for Molly to be installed at the Spriritual Life Center.

It is wonderful to have this opportunity to remember and honor a layperson of our diocese that so unselfishly contributed of herself to its growth and welfare.  On behalf of the Albany Episcopal Cursillo Secretariat, I would like to ask you to contribute to this endeavor.  Any amount is welcome and the Secretariat and I are extremely grateful for your consideration.

Contributions may be sent to: Nancy Cairns, Co-Treasurer Secretariat, 30 Newton Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.  Checks made payable to: Albany Episcopal Cursillo; memo: "Molly" Memorial Bench.

Faithfully yours,
