Thank you for the finance forms/documentation recently received which I return herewith.  Regarding the three disclosure forms forwarded for signing, I am not happy to give general disclosure because I strongly disagree with the Trust holding such important (signed) forms on file.  I have no objection to giving you information or contacting the various organisations regarding disclosure on an 'as and when it's needed basis'.  I am keen to protect .............'s privacy and ensure that there are measures in place to ensure that it is only interfered with when necessary.
