Life coaching is different from therapy or counselling because life coaching addresses specific personal projects, business goals, and general transitions in your personal life, relationships or profession, by examining what is going on right now. By identifying what your obstacles or challenges are we can choose a course of action to make the changes you want to make to create the life you want to live.
