The Choose To Be Body Plan
1st Module - Physiology In the first part of the programme I encourage you to understand some links between food, appetite and mood. We do this in a variety of ways, including:

2nd Module - Behaviour This module includes examining how much of your eating is purely habitual. Habitual, mindless or chaotic eating can often be the cause of weight gain and the subsequent difficulty in maintaining a weight you are happy with. Over the course of this module you will be asked to notice how you feel and behave during the day, and the evening. I will ask you a number of questions such as:
