Dr. Ajay Kumar obtained his MSc in Industrial Mathematics and Informatics in 2003 and PhD in Reliability of Industrial Systems from Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in 2009.

He joined ABV-IIITM Gwalior as a lecturer in July 2009. Nowadays, he is working as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics.

His primary areas of interest are Reliability, Statistics, Fuzzy Sets and Fuzzy Logic, Optimization, and Soft Computing.
