122 photos! thats 1/3 of the way thru the project! i planned on doing a really elaborate set up shot for today, but this show that im working is a trainwreck and iv been at the theatre all day watching it fall to pieces. so heres yet another iPhone shot, that im tagging the shit out of to distract you. this is me repairing some Source 4s (a type of theatrical light). i have lighting under control, and its really all the other stuff (set, sound, etc) that are racing the clock. so i didnt have to run around like a crazy person all day. i get my shit done. its interesting watching a show fall apart like this for an interesting reason. iv seen this happen in the past at other places iv worked when i lived in Connecticut, but then i was with the company producing the show, so when it failed, i failed, and therefore this week was hell for me. but now, working in a touring house... the show's tech going poorly doesnt really effect me. i just show up and do what they need, and if their show sucks, ::shrug:: i feel for them, but eh. 365 - 2.4.09
