CAMP HANSEN, OKINAWA, Japan -- A rifle range coach fires a single shot at a target 25 yards downrange in a three second time limit Sept. 1, 2005. Effective Oct. 1, shooters will see improvements made to the marksmanship training program. Shooters will receive five extra rounds at the 200-yard, slow fire and can use them alternatively or simultaneously in whichever positions they choose.
