Oil Draining Next in line before dropping the engine is draining the oil and removing the oil cooler. Another of the few things I did do when I bought the bike is change the oil and put on a new filter. It's only run, maybe 15 minutes total on the new oil, but oh well. At least I can keep the filter. I decided to leave it draining overnight so that taking the oil cooler off isn't a horrific mess. You can really see the sawdust that's all over everything in the shop from all the flooring I cut out there in this one. Drawer 5 of Lower Tool Box
