Integra oil cooler. Water cooler and filter. Integra Oil Cooler
Eagle Rod Modifications Deburred the parting line to avoid scraping the bearing shells. Added an oil squirt hole to assist thrust-side piston skirt oiling and dome cooling. I copied the design from the stock rod. Stock design uses a 4 mm hole stepped down to a 2 mm hole. It is angled at 20 degrees (as I recall). Some might argue that I should have modified the block for piston oil squirters. Maybe so, but they do fall out. Plus the B20 tends to have more low speed grunt and so rod squirters, which pulse twice per revolution at all speeds, are probably a better idea (Honda thought so). One disadvantage may be excessive oil on the cylinder wall when using 0.0045 inch PTW clearance. I have installed a crankcase vacuum pump to aid ring seal and oil control during high manifold vacuum (like deceleration). I am happy with the results after putting some miles on the engine. The pistons are running very cool. I know this because I can still see the marking pen ink I used to number the pistons in the center of the top after 500 miles and many 18 psi freeway blasts. Integra
Gasper's freshly painted integra with the JDM front. Im loving this spot downtown for auto shoots. Old section of 195 highway. 3 sb-800 strobes triggered with poppers and su-800 commander, flash all at around 1/2 power. 2 from the right and one towards the front.
