DOT Appropriations/Child Safety Restraints Bill Signing
During the ceremony at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, the Governor thanked special guests for their efforts to get child seat belt laws passed. Isaiah Krull of Shell Rock was in a car crash as a teenager in 2008, while riding in the back seat. He went through months of rehabilitation for severe injuries, and has worked with state legislators to promote the seat belt law signed today.
