I was looking through an electronic collection of old editions of "The Times" newspaper and found this advert for British Rail from 23rd October 1980. It invites people to telephone a "David Cameron" for a "special leaflet". Not sure if the British Prime Minister will appreciate calls for leaflets! In any case, it was no doubt a DIFFERENT David Cameron mentioned in the advert, as the Prime Minister would only have been FOURTEEN years old at the time!!!

CAMERON is a handsome, 6-7 month old Pit mix puppy. He’s a sweet, wiggly, very endearing young dog who’s also quite sensitive and submissive – he’ll do well with kind handling and positive training to build his confidence.
