Doris specializes in helping presiding officers be prepared in advance, focus on how to achieve order and how to expeditiously handle disorder. In her two decades of professional parliamentary service, her clients range from international, national and state associations, unions, delegate meetings, conventions, owner associations, court expert witness and workshop leader. She served as the AIP Secretary, Board Member and AIP Bylaw & Rules Chairman. Vice-president/education Chairman of Long Island New York AIP Chapter. She is the Founding President of New York Association of Parliamentarians; Founding President of Lee Demeter Registered Parliamentarians Unit 2001-2003; a charter member of Parliamentarians of Greater New York Unit 2003 and 2005; Workshop leader since 1990. Doris was awarded the NAP District One Consummate Professional Parliamentarian Award in 2005.
