In recognition of World AIDS Day, December 1, you are invited to exhibit your artwork in a show relating to the social, political, and personal aspects of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Application Instructions
Send an e-mail to organizers@aidsaction2008.org, including the following:
- Your name, contact phone number and e-mail address.
- A photograph of the artwork in JPEG format.
- The artwork's title, dimensions and medium.
- Your artist's statement.
Deadline for exhibit application: November 22, 2008.
Exhibit:
- Dates: Monday, December 1, 2008 through Friday, December 5, 2008
- Closing reception: 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on December 5, 2008
- Location: Common Wealth Gallery, Madison Enterprise Center, 100 S. Baldwin St., Madison, WI 53703
This event is sponsored by the HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care Program of UW Health. UW Health HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care Program will make every effort to include work from each submitting artist, but space is limited. We reserve the right to refuse art based on number of applicants and content. |
