The Boys Varsity Indoor Track Team won the County Championships Friday, dominating in every event with a combined score of 115.50. Starting with the first event, Eddie Robinson took charge of the 55-meter hurdles, finishing with the time of 8.13 seconds. The 4x800 meter team comprised of Connor Belson, Brett Nellis, Doug McClellan, and Matt Pacheco took second place in the event, giving them the many points needed to win the competition. In the Boys 55 meter, both Oladotun Dada and Andrew King received medals, finishing in first and third place respectively. With all of this and more, the Varsity Boys Indoor Track Team was able to leave the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex with gold, silver, and bronze medals.
