"Petite Marmotte"

« The Petite Marmotte » is an attractive, friendly guesthouse or hostel equipped with all modern comforts.  It is conveniently situated near the center of Ulaanbaatar. We provide organised, practical accommodation with opportunities for exchange and discussion with fellow residents and the “Little Marmot” team.  Traditional Mongolian decoration & furniture, designed, made and fitted by local Mongolian craftsmen.

Our accommodation :

10 single bunk beds (dormitory) :  5€ per night.

2 single beds under mezzanine with balcony :  15€ per night.

1 double bed on mezzanine : 15€ per night.

1 double bed + 1 single bed under mezzanine : 15€ per night.

1 triple bed (3 single beds) on mezzanine : 15€ per night

1 family room with TV and DVD player with beds on and under mezzanine to accommodate between 4 and 6 people :  25€ per night.

 Each bed has a curtain for more privacy.

Each bed has access to an electric plug socket and a light switch.

Breakfast is included.

We are open all year round.

The Little Marmot team is available to help you organise transfers, to call a taxi or to put you in touch with an interpreter. 

Please confirm your arrival time by mail or when you make your reservation so we can organise your transfer.  A taxi from the airport to the hostel costs 8€ and from the train station to the hostel, 3€.

All members of the “Petite Marmotte” team speak French & English.
