Mission Summary
AFWC is a non-profit Christian organization established with the objective of creating awareness to the effects of substance abuse to further extents than already exist. We are not about religion, rather about helping individuals come to terms with themselves. Every year, hundreds of infants are born with a drug dependency. The number of such births increases dramatically, and with it, the cost of health care for these infants. Studies show that the national cost of health care for these newborns is approximately $500 million or more a year. These funds, for the better part come from taxpayers as the government carries the burden not private entities, much less the individuals contributing to these atrocities.
Through the efforts of AFWC, we will be providing drug addicts with counseling and/or needed services that may assist to resolve their substance abuse crisis/issue. Showing them love, understanding, compassion and in many ways reaching out to them, so that somehow they could come back to the realization that they too are individuals, human beings, that their lives are worth something. By means of collective data, show them exactly what they are becoming and what part they are playing in decaying society, thus themselves. But these efforts will not and can not stop at the adult level, for there is a far greater outcry.

As AFWC establishes its identity and purpose, we will create ads and messages directed to the effect (s) drugs have not only on the individual, but more importantly to an unborn infant. Creating awareness of these effects and consequences is a critical element that should be bold, open and forthright. By means of various campaign ads, initially throughout the US, bringing to light the images of these infants, and some not so young who still suffer the consequences. Society as a whole should be made to realize that the burden is on us, not only now, but in the future as well.
AFWC realizes it has a great responsibility to endure, and we are optimistic that with the help and support of sponsors and donors we can make a positive difference in the lives of many. We are not about religion, rather about helping people come to terms with themselves something no religion can do on its own.
